boogomatic barbecue
Mix together:

7½ oz can of tomato sauce

¼ cup ketchup

¼ cup brown sugar, packed

2 tbsp soy sauce
-
2 tbsp frozen concentrated orange juice

2 tbsp vinegar
-
2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
-
2 tbsp louisiana hot sauce
-
½ tsp salt
-
1 tsp pepper
-
¼ tsp garlic powder
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
Place parboiled or pre-browned beef short ribs, or chicken, in a large cassarole dish.
Pour mixture over meat.
Cover and bake at 350°.
Bake ribs 2½ to 3 hours,Chicken 1½ to 1¾ hours.
Makes 4-6 servings
