Set Bread Maker to basic dough and start the machine.Remove dough when cycle
complete. (about 1½ hours)
(If your machine does not have a dough setting, just remove dough after final rising)
Divide dough in half, and roll, pat or spin each half onto a greased 12 or 14 inch pizza pan. Let stand for 10 minutes to allow dough to rise.
Preheat oven to 400°F (225°C) and prepare toppings.
Spread your favorite sauce over dough, add the toppings of your choice and cover with shredded Mozzarella and lightly sprinkle some Parsley and Oregano over pizza.
Note: To add flavour and a crispier texture to dough, add a ¼ cup of Parmeson to the flour.
