Pizza Dough

Bread Maker method

All ingredients should be room temperature

Place all ingedients into the Bread Maker in the order they appear.

Set Bread Maker to basic dough and start the machine.Remove dough when cycle complete. (about 1½ hours)
(If your machine does not have a dough setting, just remove dough after final rising)

Divide dough in half, and roll, pat or spin each half onto a greased 12 or 14 inch pizza pan. Let stand for 10 minutes to allow dough to rise.

Preheat oven to 400°F (225°C) and prepare toppings.

Spread your favorite sauce over dough, add the toppings of your choice and cover with shredded Mozzarella and lightly sprinkle some Parsley and Oregano over pizza.

Bake 15 to 20 minutes (or until crust is golden brown.)

Note: To add flavour and a crispier texture to dough, add a ¼ cup of Parmeson to the flour.

Makes two large Pizzas.
